Sometimes you just need to make quick lunch and all you have in pantry are canned tomatoes and tuna. Here is my favorite 5-minute tuna with tomatoes that I make sometime when I am very short on time. This meal is also very budget friendly. If you want to make these food super delicious just use fresh ingredients.

Ingredients
Canned tomatoes
Canned tuna
Garlic
Oregano
Olive oil

Instructions
Crush garlic into hot olive oil
Fry slowly for about 30 secs
Add canned tuna, canned tomatoes and oregano
Cook on high until almost all juices are reduced (stir ocasionally)
Serve with regular or vegetable pasta
