Judy has been a client for four and a half years now after having open-heart surgery and in the hospital for two weeks.
Leaving the Hospital knowing she was going to have a long recovery, she saw Debra Skelton’s vehicle signage stating, “Personal Trainer Nurse Onboard” and knew she had found just what she needed to recover.

About a year later, Judy had to have a follow-up surgery, that went well, yet she had to essentially start her rehabilitation program over.
Luckily, Debra and Motivative Health & Fitness was there by her side and about three years Judy is feeling strong again.
Judy attributes her successful recovery to Debra’s twenty years of experience as a Licenced Vocational Nurse (LVN), not just that she is a Certified Personal Trainer.
Having this background of knowledge helps her understand the medical restrictions allowing her to creatively build custom training to help me build muscle and increase Judy’s endurance working with the restrictions.
Judy’s Husband is now a Fitness Training Client Too!
