For my portion, which included 120g of Cajun Shrimp in spicy garlic sauce, 83g of steamed broccoli, 1 strip of center cut bacon, 1 serving of sour cream, and 1 pat of Kerrygold butter, you get 556 calories, 38.1g of fat, and 37g of protein. This comes in at 8.9 total carbs or 6.8 net carbs. Remember, fat is twice as calorically dense as protein, so this is still a perfectly acceptable keto lunch with 2x as many fat calories as protein.
This is a tangy, spicy, buttery dish with a decadent vegetable side. You can add an ounce of shredded cheese for an extra 100 calories, macros vary based on your cheese choice.
