She’s the super stylist whose activewear label is beloved by celebrities including the Kardashian sisters and Kayla Itsines.She’s also in possession of a pair of rock-hard, enviable abs.Recently, designer, Pip Edwards, shared her health and fitness secrets, as well as the one food she can’t live without.I’m more on the vegetarian side now, and I love very clean, light food,’ Pip told Courier Mail of her daily diet.'[But] everyday at 5.30am I have two boiled eggs with heaps of tabasco… I love eggs. Eggs for life!’.Speaking about the rest of her day on a plate, Pip confessed to filling them with two protein smoothies made with protein, cacao nibs, peppermint oil and super green powder.'[I’ll have] a salad with tofu, or sometimes poached chicken when I was not a vegetarian. And my little treat is dates,’ she continued.’I love them frozen – they’re like nature’s caramel, but when they’re frozen they go like toffee.’The designer also admitted to being partial to a Bloody Mary and licorice, when fancying a treat.As a single mother, Pip has admitted in the past that she is kept busy running around after her eleven-year-old son.But the Sydney-based stylist is also a huge fan of Pilates – saying she ‘lives for it’.’I think a strong core and your posture also gives you that empowerment to take on each day,’ she told the publication.Speaking previously to FEMAIL about her workouts, she explained that she’s a fan of evening exercise:’I usually train after work three times a week – it clears my head,’ she told Daily Mail Australia.’I like to keep active at the weekends too, whether that’s on the beach at Bondi or elsewhere.’I’m lucky because I have an amazing support network in my family. I always say it takes a tribe to raise a family, and I have a great one. If I didn’t rely on them I would really struggle to fit it all in.’Pip launched her debut activewear label, P.E Nation, in 2016 – to huge critical and fashion acclaim.Having previously worked with renowned brands including Ksubi, sass & bide and General Pants Co, this was the first time she had fully taken the sartorial reins in a label that is inspired by Pip’s lifestyle and love of fitness clothes.’It’s tomboyish, with a Nineties street aesthetic and a nod to the retro revival that’s so big in street style at the moment,’ she described the label to FEMAIL.’It’s basically a reflection of my personality. Like many women I’m timepoor, so I like to wear clothes that will see me through the day, from meetings to workouts.’Why shouldn’t we have fashionable and functional clothes in the one garment?’.
