In this video I show you a bodybuilding pasta that I regularly eat to get tons of plant based protein. With 65 grams of vegan protein, it’s a staple of my vegan bodybuilding diet, and with healthy fats and carbs, it will fuel your training for maximum muscle growth.

The meal is made with a cashew sauce. Cashew sauces are perfect for vegan bodybuilding because they are high in plant based protein and healthy fats. They also have a beautiful creamy texture once blended with water, and can be flavoured in a variety of ways.

The meal also contains whole wheat pasta and soy chunks. Soy chunks are bursting with vegan protein and are a staple of my bodybuilding diet. They are cheap, easy to prepare, and extremely high in complete proteins.

Whole wheat pasta is full of healthy carbs that keep your energy levels high whilst vegan bodybuilding. This bodybuilding pasta recipe is one of my favourites and should be one of yours too.
