Y’all this may be quick, but this workout will get your heart rate up, up, UP, and get you ready to hit the barre or mat!! Try this workout before one of our extended barre workout videos to get your sweat on!! No equipment is necessary, although if you’d like to add a set of 1lb or 2lb weights, be our guest!! And for those wondering, Paige’s red leggings are from Alo Yoga! 😉
