Today we are hitting a bicep and tricep dumbbell workout. This can be done in the gym or at home using just 2 dumbbells and a bench and it burns
The difference here to your regular type workout is we are making this a super quick express 10 minute dumbbell workout.
10 Minutes , no rest , we just keeping going until we are done for a super quick bicep and tricep pump that will be stinging like hell come the final lap
When you’re short on time and want to squeeze in a quick arm workout this is perfect
Being short on time is no excuse for still hitting a great little workout

With regards to what weight to use for this workout, this will obviously differ from person to person. As we are not stopping and doing one continuous workout you will be lifting a lot lighter than your one rep max.
for this type of workout , it doesn’t need to be a crazy weight as trust me come the 2nd and 3rd set your arms will be burning.
Start light and try and choose a weight that lets you complete the full workout and then slowly up the weight a little each time you do it
If you cant complete the workout with the weight you’re using then drop it a little until you can
