Best Home Exercise Equipment For Beginners / In this video I’m going to be going over the best home exercise equipment for beginners. Perhaps you’re thinking about cutting that gym membership and wondering what kind of gear you should buy for your home gym. This exercise equipment is also fairly cheap.

I’ll start with the resistance bands. These come with a loop that you can mount up onto the door. And these are really good for being able to do your pulling exercises like your lat pulls, your chest flies. I can also do some core exercises like twists working on the core, all with this one set of bands.
You can also take them out of the loop and use your feet. You can do bicep curls by using your feet. You can do rowing also sitting on the ground.
So that’s my first choice for exercise equipment. They’re fairly cheap, I think you can get a set of different weights for around $20.
Next, I’m going to show you another piece, which is the yoga mat. This is good to give you some support when you’re doing exercises at home.
If you’re not comfortable exercising on your rug or your carpet, this makes a good for a good barrier, as well as support for your body and for your knees.

The set of kettlebells is a 5lb, 10lb, 15lb, and costs about $30. All three were delivered stacked nice and neat to my house.
Finally, a set of dumbbells, when you’re ready to do some resistance training are essential. All the basic exercises can be done with just a simple set of dumbbells.
