SEASONING: Salt, olive oil, Tumeric powder(you can add any other spice of your chice) COOK TIME: 2hrs
SWEET POTATOES
1 Potatoe (sliced)
SEASONING: Olive oil, honey, soy source, tumeric
COOK TIME: 30Mins – 1Hr (How soft you like them )
MUSHROOM
1/2 Pack of frozen mushrooms
SEASONING: Olive oil, Salt, galic and lemon peels
COOK TIME: 10 mins
ASPARAGUS and Other vegatables
1 pack of asparagus, 1/2 red paper, yellow and green paper + small tomatoes
SEASONING: Olive oil, salt, galic
COOK TIME: 30-40 mins in the oven
