I hope this video helped you guys learn how to navigate the gym bit if you are a beginner or someone who is intimidated by the weight section, because I know I was when I first began training. We all start somewhere so it’s normal not to be 100% confident in the beginning but every time I step into a new gym there are new machines I have to figure out how to work or figure out where different machines are. Be confident and act like you own the place and people will believe you.
