This is my fourth video to help beginners to fitness. It looks at the first step that you should take if you are looking to build a solid foundation and surpass your fitness ambitions.
In this one I talk about diet tips for beginners and explain how you can get some great results by following six simple beginners diet tips /rules.
This is the third step and it follows on from step 2, so if you are serious about getting your results, I would highly recommend that you put in the time and start from the beginning. Of course, it goes without saying that I am more than happy to help where I can so give me a shout if you get stuck with anything.
