Becoming a fitness model. In the third episode of my #fitfam series, I introduced my nephew Paul and conducted an experiment on how to become a male fitness model. The spinoff of that is this series called #fitnessmodelpaul. I was encouraged to let you the viewers be Paul’s Agents after reading Gary Vaynerchuk’s book #crushingit and realizing that we no longer need the “gatekeepers.” The internet pretty much gives us that even playing field.
