Getting back to routine after the short yet wonderful vacation from Kerala. I had totally gone out of track from my healthy routine, so here how i get back to gym, how my routine goes in that day and more.

Ingredients :
SCRAMBLED EGG CURRY:
Coconut oil – 2-3tbsp
Ginger – a small piece
Garlic – 4 cloves
Onion – one big
Tomato – one big
Roasted coconut – 1 cup
Red chilly powder – 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tbsp
garam masala powder – 1/2 tsp
Fennel seed powder – 1/4 tsp
Egg – 2 beaten
Roasted Coconut :
Fresh Coconut grated – 1 cup
Fennel seeds – 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves – a spring or 5-6 leaves
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
CABBAGE RICE :
Basmathi rice – 2 cups
Hot water – 3.5 cups
Cabbage leaves chopped – 2 cups
Onion – 1 large sliced
Chicken stock – 2 cubes
Ginger – a small piece
Garlic – 4 – 5 cloves
Green Chillies – 3 – 4
Ghee – a big spoon or 3 tbsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Dried Lemon – 1
Salt
Method for cooking rice –
1. Cover the cooker and put on medium high flame.
2. After first whistle, reduce flme to very low and cook for 5 minutes.
BANANA PAN CAKE :
Banana – 3 mashed
Eggs – 2
Bread slices – 4 -5 made into crumbs
Cardamom powder – 1/4 – 1/2 tsp
Salt – a pinch
Ghee – 1 tbsp
