Ingredients:
6 DRIED RED CHILLIES
2 TBSP COCONUT POWDER
1 TBSP CUMIN POWDER
2 TBSP POPPY SEEDS
3 CARDAMOMS
5 CLOVES
1 TBSP TURMERIC POWDER
2 TBSP GHEE
1 CINNAMON STICK
2 BAY LEAVES
GROUND MASALA
1/2 CUP WATER
1 CUP ONIONS
1 TBSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE
500G CHICKEN
SALT TO TASTE
1/2 CUP SAFFRON MILK
2 GREEN CHILLIES
1 CUP CASHEW PASTE
1 CUP WATER
2 TBSP CURD
1 CUP CORIANDER LEAVES
1 CUP FRESH CREAM
Method:
Place the dried red chillies, coconut powder, cumin seeds, poppy seeds, cardamoms, cloves, and turmeric powder in a mixie jar, and make a fine powder.
Heat ghee in a pan, and add cinnamon sticks, bay leaves and the ground masala to it. Saute, and add water if needed.
Once the spices are cooked, add chicken and mix well.
Now add onions, ginger garlic paste, salt, saffron milk, green chillies, cashew paste, and mix well.
Add water and cover to cook the chicken.
Once the chicken is cooked, add curd, coriander leaves and fresh cream.
Mix well, cook for 5 minutes and serve.
