So you think you’re too big to exercise? Think again, because I’m going to show you a 500-pound woman who thought the same way. But once we started doing what she could do, just look where it led. And if she can do it, just think what you can do!
Fitness is for all sizes is proven by a five-hundred-pound woman at a morbidly obese weight loss camp with Debra Stefan in Nevada. No matter your size or condition, start with what you can do and watch for progress.
Hi Guys, today is day 25, 23 days since my last video update, I just finished workout this afternoon. I did 40 reps on the TRX, which is 10 sets of four different exercises. I did that twice with one small pause in between. So that’s 80 reps on the TRX. I also did get-ups–we call them get-ups–from the floor, from a flat position and I practice getting up off the floor into a bear crawl stance, which you’ll see on the video today. I also for the first time, walked up the stairs instead of doing the crab crawl and it was okay. It was okay. It wasn’t as much work and as dramatic as it was from the beginning, there wasn’t any fear there because I knew I could do it. So my body is much, much stronger. My back is much, much stronger. I’m walking around places now without my walking sticks unassisted and my back doesn’t feel like it’s going to go out and everything’s good. I’m feeling good and much progress. Thank you all for your love. I love you.
And if she can do it, just think what you can do!
