Running Every Day For 3 Months (Weight Loss Time Lapse)

My 4 month running video is now up!!!

This month I focused more on trying to increase muscle mass as I was worried about causing loose skin issues by losing too much weight too fast. I will be back on my weight loss plan over May and will have a new treadmill transformation video out on June 2nd!

Diet:
Reduced my calories and carbs. The only meat I had was chicken, never fish. I drank a lot of fruit smoothies and used only skimmed milk. I also had fat free yogurts, oats, berries and plenty of green vegetables.

Running:
My average treadmill workout was 10 minutes warm up, then 45 minute jog as speed 9km/h (5.5mp/h) and then I finished with a 10 minute warm down followed by stretching. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
