Benchpress with Dumbbells – Repeat 10x
REPEAT for 3 sets
Underhand Rows with Dumbbells – Repeat 10x
REPEAT for 3 sets
Dumbbell Shoulder Press – Repeat 10x
REPEAT for 3 sets
Single Hand Dumbbell Rows – 10x on both sides
REPEAT for 3 sets
Front Raises – 10x
REPEAT for 3 sets
Dumbbell Lateral Raises – 10x
REPEAT for 3 sets
Plyometrics Circuit
Jump Lunges – 20x (10 on each leg)
Jump Squats – 15x
Burpees – 10x
High Knees – 60 counts
Repeat 3-5 Rounds
