Are you just getting started with your jump rope journey?
This week we’re excited to share a special heavy jump rope workout for beginners. This is probably one of the easiest jump rope workout routines you can experiment with.
You will need a heavy jump rope to make it work:
This workout is built around two simple jump rope exercises – basic jumps and alternate foot jumps – and is designed to have you progress from a slow pace to a fast pace.
Your objective is to complete five rounds of the following sequence of exercises and progressively increase the pace of your jumps from one round to the next:
– 30 seconds of basic jumps
– 30 seconds of rest
– 30 seconds of alternate foot jumps
– 30 seconds of rest
