Hope your day 25 of 1 month weight loss challenge went great. Today’s video is about 2 healthy lunch and dinner உணவு that you can have if you are following a keto diet or in general looking to lose weight. Low carb/keto is the way to lose weight in my opinion and it has been working for me. Keto and intermittent fasting has been giving me great results. Lunch உணவு is a spicy egg plant (Brinjal) gravy with flax seed, coconut, and almond flour roti/chapati. Dinner is a spicy veggie salad with 2 eggs.
All these ingredients gave me the required protein, fiber, and fats for the day and helped me stay low carb.
