Hey everyone! In today’s video I am showing you 5 healthy breakfast ideas that are easy and delish. These healthy breakfast recipes make great paleo recipes! #paleorecipes #keepupwithliv #healthybreakfast
Single Serve Cinnamon Roll
– 5 tbsp paleo flour or almond flour
– 1/2 tsp baking soda
– 1 tsp coconut sugar
– 1/4 tsp cinnamon
– 1 tsp maple syrup
– 1 tbsp ghee or coconut oil
– 1 tbsp almond milk
350F for 18-20 minutes. Can also microwave, probably about 1 minute.
Top with coconut butter
Seedy Avocado Toast
– 1/2 paleo bagel bit.ly/paleoeverythingbagels
– 1/2 avocado
– 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
– 1/2 tsp chia seeds
– 1/2 tsp hemphearts
– pinch sea salt
Chocolate Espresso Mocha Smoothie
– 1/4 cup frozen cauliflower
– 1/4 frozen banana
– 2 tbsp cacao
– 1 shot espresso (or strong coffee)
– collagen or protein powder
– 1 tbsp almond butter
– 1 cup almond milk
Scramble Plate
– 2 eggs
– 2 cups greens
– 1/4 cup mushrooms
– 1/2 tsp garlic (added to greens/mushrooms)
Instant Chia Pudding
– 2 tbsp chia seeds
– 1/2 cup coconut milk
– 1/2 peach
– 1 tbsp sliced almonds
or grain free granola:
