OMAD | ONE MEAL A DAY ON KETO | CORNBREAD, CHICKEN THIGHS, & CREAMED SPINACH

My current Macros: 1273 calories, 98g Fat, 79g Protein, and 20g net carbs

This total meal was 1021 calories

Sharwma chicken thighs from Trader Joe’s
Monk fruit sweetener from Amazon

Lily’s from Sprouts or Whole foods, Hyvee and Amazon
Monk fruit sweetener from Amazon
Kerry gold butter from Walmart

Kept corn bread recipe from Ketokesh Instagram
-1 cup of almond flour a large portion)
– 1/4 of unsweetened vanilla almond milk or Sour cream
– 2 tbs of melted butter
– 1 tsp of baking powder
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 2-3 tbs of monk fruit sweetener

Grease a muffin pan and whisk all all ingredients together, don’t over mix
Bake for 15-18 minutes on 350 until golden brown.

Creamed spinach recipe
*10oz spinach fresh or frozen
* 3 tbsp of butter
* 2 cloves of garlic
* 2 oz of cream cheese
* 2 oz of shredded parmesan cheese or asiago cheese
* 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream
* 1/2 tsp of red pepper flakes (optional)
salt and pepper to taste

I typically only eat 1 meal a day and a snack, but for the sake of this video I will be showing you 2 meals and a snack.

•Workout if you can but it’s not required for weight loss
•Update your macros every 15 lbs you lose
• If you slip up don’t give up, just get back on your journey.
