Today, I am sharing with you some things you shouldn’t eat in the morning.

If you are like me, and you are trying to lead a healthy lifestyle, or maybe you are trying to lose weight – then do not fall into the trap of these things first thing in the morning!

The good news is, there are so many other healthy alternatives. I have addressed the alternatives in this video and of course, there are plenty of other breakfast ideas you can make at home, like scrambled eggs!
