No Sugar for 7 Days (Daily Exercise + Healthy Recipes + Skin Results)

We are trying someting new! Every time, we come back to Germany or the USA we tend to add on the extra lbs/kgs. We wanted to try and cut out the sugar for at least a week and see how we felt! After arriving in Germany, we ate WAYYYY TOO much cake. In this video we eat only chicken and vegetables for a week in hopes of increasing healthier eating habits and kicking our constant sugar cravings!
