Healthy Desert Recipes using HALO TOP | Low Calorie | Macro Friendly

Here are 4 of my favorite desert recipes using HALO TOP. If you have a MAJOR sweet tooth like muah then you understand the struggle of a low calorie ice cream just not being enough! It needs more pizazzz! Here I have taken my favorite flavors of Halo Top and incorporated them with a few ingredients to make them that much more delicious!

RECIPES:

1. Banana Split
1 SCOOP (or 2 small scoops) of each flavor
1/2 a banana cut in half
1/2 tbsp no sugar Dark chocolate chips
1 tbsp shaved almonds
3 Rainier cherries or red cherries

MACROS: 1 Banana Split
Calories: 170
Fat: 8g
Protein: 10g
Carbs: 26.5g

2. Fruit Pops
1 Pint of Vanilla Bean Halo Top
Hand full fresh Blueberries (about 1/2 cup)
Hand full fresh strawberries (about 1/4 cup diced)
Popsicle tray

MACROS: 6 fruit pops
Calories: 305 / 50 per pop
Fat: 8 / 1.3 per pop
Protein: 25 / 4 per pop
Carbs: 65 / 10.8 per pop

3. ICE-CREAM SANDWICH
1 scoop vanilla
1 scoop chocolate
1 chocolate chip cookie dough quest bar
1 tbsp no sugar dark chocolate chips (optional if you want to coat the outside of your cookies)

MACROS: 1 cookie
Calories: 130
Fat: 5
Proteine: 13.5
Carbs: 17.5

4. ICE-CREAM FLOAT
2 scoops vanilla bean
1 cup your favorite carbonated zero calorie beverage

MACROS: per float
Calories: 60
fat: 2
Proteine: 6
Carbs: 14

All the macros given are give or take depending on your ice-cream scoop sizes!
