WHAT I EAT IN A DAY VEGAN (recipes included) + my BF gave me warts!

I am a 25 year old who turned her life around via a plant based diet! I suffered from addiction, an eating disorder, several digestive disorders, mental health issues and have healed them all via going vegan!

I now travel the world full time with my guy.. we don’t have set plans on life and love living it that way! We live minimally and try to keep our lives as eco conscience as possible!

WHAT I ATE:

1. Green smoothie (ingredients listed in video!)
2. 1/2 a small (not so good) watermelon from my garden.
3. Banana/Mango NiceCream (about 2-3 frozen mango and 2 banana) + cookie butter (Peanut butter mixed with vanilla + maple syrup)
4. Bbq pulled sweet potato sandwiches ..
RECIPE: Shred sweet potato (and you can do some normal potato too!) you can also add onion if you want .. cook it up in a nonstick pan for 5-10 min with a tiny bit of water. Add BBQ sauce (we sometimes make our own or use store bought!) … add vegan cheese if you want! The bread/cheese isn’t super healthy butttttt it is far better than processed white breads and cow’s milk cheese 😛
5. Zoodle salad with produce from my garden! – recipe/dressing in the video!
6. 2 super thick sushi rolls (perks of making your own sushi: you save SO much $$ and can make your rolls as thick as you want!!)
7. Big bowl of popcorn with choco PB sauce (cacao, maple syrup, peanut butter)
