Who’s ready for a healthy grocery haul for the new year!? This time we went to Aldi to check out some of my favorite healthy budget items, because we could all use some savings now that the holidays are over. I was blown away by the price of some of the items for this Aldi haul, especially the grass-fed beef and bison, wow! If you are going to start eating healthy in 2019 and want to do so on a budget, then Aldi is the grocery store you want to check out. Of course, this haul also features a few items to stay away from, like the almond butter(palm oil & sugar), baby spinach(not a good price), & grapeseed oil( heavily processed). In general, I think Aldi has some very healthy products at prices that are unbeatable, we listed so many of them in this grocery haul. Where to for the next haul video!?
