50 MINUTE UPPER BODY STRENGTH WORKOUT – Ok, it’s time to sculpt that upper body! This upper body strength workout is going to do just that. We are hitting all the upper body muscles, starting with a chest and tricep circuit, moving to back and biceps, finishing with shoulders and doing a core and chest burnout in between each. I have added some active rest to each round so that your heart rate gets up as well. Grab some dumbbells, and let’s move daily!

Format: 40 seconds work/15 seconds rest
You will need: a variety of weights, swiss ball or bench
Circuit 1:
Wide to narrow chest press
Skull crusher
Crush grip chest press
Tricep dips
Seal jacks
x3
Circuit 2:
Bentover row
Concentration curls
Dumbbell pullover
Hammer curl
Criss cross squat jump
x3
Circuit 3:
Upright row
Rear delt flye
Front/lateral combo – 5,4,3,2,1
Frog jack
x3
In between burnout: bear crawl, pushups, plank rotation, jacks
