Healthier ORANGE CHICKEN:
2 Cubed Chicken Breasts
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Cornstarch
Mixmixmix, marinate 15 minutes
Mix 1 tbsp cornstarch with
1/2 cup Orange Juice
Mix until dissolved.
In a saucepan add
Drizzle of Olive Oil
2 Cloves Minced Garlic
1 tsp Minced Ginger
Fry until fragrant
2 tbsp Honey
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
Orange Slurry
Mix and add
1 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar. Reduce down into a thicker sauce.
Add 1/4 tsp Sesame Oil
Mix and remove from heat.
In a large pan add oil, chicken and pan-fry 5 minutes until the chicken is cooked through. Add the sauce, toss, and serve with rice or desired sides.
Hummus Crusted Chicken
2 Chicken Breasts cut into strips
Lightly season with Kosher salt
Coat with Hummus
Then coat with Panko Bread Crumbs
Bake 15 minutes at 375º F
Italian Chicken Packet:
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
2 tsp Honey
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
1 clove Minced Garlic
1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
Mix together (covers 4 chicken breasts)
In a foil add a raw chicken breast
Season with salt
Add veggies
Coat with 1 tbsp Italian mixed sauce
Warp up the foil
Bake 15 min @ 400º F
Tandoori Chicken:
In a bowl add:
1/2 cup Plain Yogurt
1 tsp minced Ginger
1 clove minced Garlic
1/2 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Garam Marsala
1/2 Lemon’s Juice
Mix it up
Season 2 Chicken Breasts (or 4 Thighs) with Salt. Submerge into Marinade and rest at least 1 hour to overnight.
Bake on a foil 15-20 minutes at 450º F on the top rack
Serve with Rice and Raita
Poached Hainan Chicken:
In a bowl add
2 chopped Green Onions
1 tbsp Minced Ginger
Pinch of Salt
1 tbsp Oil
Mix it up
In a Pot add
2 roughly chopped green onions
6 slices ginger
4 cups Chicken Broth
Bring to a boil then add
2 Chicken Breasts, turn heat down to low and simmer about 20 minutes or until the chicken reaches 160º F internally. Remove and skim the scum from the broth.
