5-Minute Six Pack Ab Workout AT HOME For Men (No Equipment!). Today’s NO EQUIPMENT six pack workout is designed to carve a killer set of abdominals. We’ll be hitting the upper and lower abdominals, as well as the obliques with this killer bodyweight only routine. Let’s get this one!

Perform each exercise below for the prescribed 30 seconds each (perform 2-3 total rounds). You’ll be given a 10 second rest between each exercise:

• 30sec. Alternating Raised Planks
