5 HomeMade Jam Recipes | How to make watermelon, mango, apple, berries and tomato jam at home

Learn to make 5 healthy jam at home without using white refined sugar or any undesirable additives . Natural and healthy Watermelon, apple, raw mango, tomato and dried fruits jam recipes.

1. Watermelon jam recipe

Ingredients:-
Water melon 500g
2 tsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp jaggery sugar ( add more if your melon is nor sweet enough)
1 Tbsp chia seeds

How to make healthy watermelon jam at home :-

Chop half the melon and cut it into small chunks …blend the rest of the melon into a Puree…add the melon chunks into a pan and switch on the flames. Cook for few minutes than add the Puree …after about 8-10min of cooking on medium to low heat add jaggery sugar. Keep stirring and cook for another 10-15 Minutes or until melon becomes slightly thick. In the end switch off the flames and add chia seeds and lemon juice. Wait for 30min and let the jam cool. Store the jam to use in an airtight glass container for upto 12 days.

2. Apple jam recipe :-

Ingredients:-
2 Apple
2 Tbsp organic brown sugar
1-2 Tbsp Water
1 tsp cacao Powder
Pinch of cinnamon

How to make healthy apple jam at home:-

Wash, peel and grate the apples. Add the grated apples to a pan and switch on the flames. Cook for few minutes if required add 1-2 Tbsp Water. Add sugar and cook for few minutes. Add cacao powder and cinnamon cook for 10-15 min on low to medium heat once all the liquid has been Dried up. Switch off the flames. Let the jam cool and than store it in a bottle for 12 Days. Keep in the fridge.

3. Raw mango jam recipe

Ingredients:-
3 raw mango
4-5 Tbsp brown sugar
2-3 Tbsp pure Honey
1-2 Tbsp Water
Few drops of mango essence

How to make healthy raw mango jam at home :-

Wash, peel and grate 1 and a half mango. Chop the other 1 and a half and make Puree of it by blending. Add the grated mango to a pan cook for few minutes than add the mango purée. Add sugar and cook for 15-20 minuets on low to medium heat and keep stirring add water if required. Once all the liquid has been absorbed switch off the flames and add honey. Once cool, store properly for upto 12 day keep in fridge.

4. Tomato jam recipe

Ingredients:-
Ripped tomatoes 400g
4 Tbsp brown sugar

How to make healthy tomato jam at home :-

Wash and grate the tomatoes, take the skin off. Add the grated tomato to a pan switch on the flames. Cook for few minutes add sugar. Let it cook for about 15-20 minuets on medium to low heat or until the liquid is completely reduced. Let it cook and than store in an airtight jar for upto 12 Days. Keep in fridge.

5. Mixed fruits jam recipes

Ingredients:-
Hand full of dried cranberries, blueberries, apricots
Few dried chunks of pineapple, papaya
5 Dates
2 Tbsp Water
1 Tbsp Honey ( Optional)

How to make mixed fruits jam at home :-

Deseed the dates and Soak all the dried fruits with dates in little water for upto 1 hour. Add the soaked fruits to the grinder and blend to make a paste. Add the paste to the pan and switch on the flames. Add water and cook for about 10-15 minuets add honey after switching the flames. Store properly in a glass jar and keep in fridge.
