MOVE IT OR LOSE IT!!
I get asked all of the time by many of my colleagues and clients “Amanda how do you find time & motivation to exercise every day?”
Because as coaches and speakers we don’t want to feel like crap in our bodies!
Have you ever looked down at your body and said “HOW DID THAT HAPPEN?” I know I have!! And I don’t like it! 🙁
If you don’t move it, YOU lose it!!
Do you prioritize exercise and get it done DAILY?
How does that make you feel?
And how will your body feel if in another month you’re still not prioritizing it?
What happens is coaches get stuck in their HEAD.
Forget their bodies.
And then use it as an excuse of WHY NOT TO get booked to speak, get visible or show up and ASK for the sale!
SO the first thing I DO when I have a big goal in my business is STEP up my fitness.
Because how you do 1 thing is how you do EVERYTHING.
