This is a list of my 5 best pieces of home fitness equipment for 2019. This is really all I use in my day-to-day fitness training to get the results I have today.
Nothing fancy here, just the basics to get the workout complete while providing progression to continually improve. Stop making things overly complicated.
All of these items are in a gym if you go there, but I want to show you exactly what I am using in 2019 so you can build muscle without a gym membership.
