4 KILLER Exercises To Build Cannon Ball Shoulders (GRUESOME SHOULDER WORKOUT FOR SIZE!!) In today’s video, we’re going to be going through a killer shoulder workout that is going to hit all three heads of our deltoid. The anterior head, the medial head, and the posterior head. We’ll be going through a warm up exercise to start the workout, followed by a strength/ mass exercise, preceding that we will be performing a width increasing exercise and to conclude an exercise to target the often underdeveloped rear dealt.
Our warm up exercises will be Hanging Dumbbell Clean and Press for 2 sets of 12 repetitions. To increase our strength/ mass we’ll be performing Standing Over Head Press for 4 sets of 8 repetitions. To hit our medial deltoid and increase the width of our shoulders, we’ll be performing Standing Cable Lateral Raises for 3 sets of 12 repetitions. To conclude and hit the rear deltoid, we’ll be performing Cable High Rows for 3 sets of 15- 20 repetitions.
