Travel workout WOD! Just because you’re doing a hotel workout doesn’t mean it can’t be a serious CrossFit workout. These are 3 of my fitness travel workout metcon WODs that you can do in a hotel with no equipment. These are dope for both CrossFit women and men that want to get a good HIIT workout and can’t get to a CrossFit gym. I have this travel workout routine because I don’t want a hotel getting in the way of my gainz. This is similar to my home bodyweight workout in episode 3!
