About Suzi DeMaio-Donovan — from
Suzi is a certified personal trainer of 17 years, training clients in the comfort of their homes or the great outdoors. Her physical journey started at age 12 and she realized early that a daily dose of endorphins are the remedy to health, happiness, productivity, and an optimistic outlook. During her duration in college she studied how the body responds to exercise and sound nutrition and used herself as her own experiment.
Suzi strength trained for over two decades, practiced yoga and ran several 5K through marathon distance races, where she found that with proper training and determination anyone can achieve any fitness goal. Her goals are to help people make excellent decisions in the way they approach fitness and eating. Suzi’s style of training is non-traditional and is completely dependent upon each individual’s goals and needs.

Education/Certification:
• A.S. in Science (Exercise Science)
• (Currently pursuing a B.S. in Kinesiology)
• ACE, AFAA Certified Personal Trainer
• CPR/AED Certified. Fully Insured

Favorite Exercise/Activity: BOSU platform pushups, with feet on a stability ball. Stand-Up Paddling, yoga and hiking.

Favorite Food: Banana/Sunflower Seed Butter on Millet Bread, with agave nectar drizzled on it.
