Is this the first What I Eat In A Day Video of the new year? I’m so excited to share with you these super tasty recipes that are also very healthy. I can’t remember I feel like so much has happened and it’s only February! Are you keeping up with your New Years resolutions and have you been on top of your fitness goals? If you watched my last Istanbul vlog I introduced you to my fellow chef and good friend Gabriela! We spent an entire week in the kitchen testing out recipes, trying out different types of cuisine (vegan, paleo, vegetarian, etc), and thinking of new crazy ideas to try out together! Do you have that one friend that you would try anything with? So today I hope you guys enjoy the changes I’ve made with how my food videos are filmed. I am trying new things and hoping that I get some good honest feedback on content that I am creating on this channel.

I’m going to be sharing a little video with you guys soon about a tough two week period I had recently or maybe I’ll just organize a big group video chat and we can talk about how we are all managing our stress. I think what you eat plays such a big part into how you feel and if you are feeding yourself nutritious foods you’ll feel cleaner and more prepared to face challenges.

Matcha Bowl
1 Frozen Banana
1 Teaspoon of Matcha
My Toppings
Mixed Berries
Sliced Plum
Paleo or Low Sugar Granola
Matcha Cashew Butter or Cashew Butter

Crispy Roasted Cauliflower: Bake on 220 Celcius
1 Cauliflower
2 Tablespoons of Red Pepper Paste
2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
2 Teaspoons of Maple Syrup
Pinch of Salt & Pepper For Taste

Homemade Cauliflower Green Sauce:
1 Lime Zested & Juiced
1 Pickled Jalapeno
1 Tablespoon of Capers
5 Cloves of Black Garlic
1 Tablespoon of Capers
Finely Chopped Dil, Cilantro, Mint, & Parsley
Add Olive Oil For Taste

Cauliflower toppings:
Capers
Pickled Red Onions
Pickled Chillies
Dukkah or Roasted Hazelnut
Add Olives

Quinoa:
1 Cup of Quinoa
1 1/2 Cups of Water
1 Tablespoon of Salt
1 Onion
2 Garlic Cloves
1 Inch of Fresh Ginger
1 Tablespoon Garam Masala

Lentil Dal:
1 Tablespoon of Coconut Oil
2 Garlic Cloves
1 Inch of Fresh Ginger
1 Teaspoon of Turmeric
1 Teaspoon of Coriander Seeds
1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds
1 Tablespoon of Tomato Paste
175 Grams of Beluga Lentils
500 ml water
1 1/2 Cups of Coconut Milk
A Pinch of Salt For Taste

Paleo Naan Bread (Non-Vegan)
2 Cups Tapioca
1 Can of Coconut Milk (creamy part ONLY)
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
1/2 Cup Water
Add Salt For Taste
