CHILI RECIPE:
Crumble the tofu, season with Bragg liquid aminos, nutritional yeast, chili, cumin, and cinnamon. Bake until crispy.
Saute a whole onion in olive oil
Add chopped sweet potato
Add canned diced tomatoes
Add veggie broth
Add black beans
Add Chickpeas
Add frozen corn
Add kale
Salt and pepper to taste
