TRUE BEGINNERS WORKOUT PROGRAM: Strength & Size

I have been into serious training & nutrition for almost 7 years now. One of the things I wish i could have changed since the beginning is the way I began training.

The current trend or “protocol” of “MOnday-Chest, Tuesday-Back, Wed-Shoulders etc. etc.” is a very unaware old-school of training. Specially for those who are new to training with weights. Be It boys / girls / men or women.

Buidling from a strong foundation and upwards. Training also is the same. Instead of focusing on the details first we should look into strengthening our foundations first.

Teenagers who has just finished their exams, a young adult, adult in their mids or even the wise, men, women boys & girls. If you are looking for the right way to begin weight training. This VIDEO is IT!!!
