Throwback Competition Video NPC Fitness Routine from 2004 Julie Lohre

While this is a bit of an old video (pardon the pixels it was shot on an old school camera phone) we’re now in 2018, but the video really shows some of the advanced strength and gymnastics moves that need to be a part of a competitive IFBB Fitness, NPC Fitness or other competitive organization fitness routine.

Strength, balance, gymnastics and flexibility are all key, but one aspect of competing in a fitness competition that cannot be overlooked is stage presence and the ability to entertain and engage the audience.

Pick a theme that the crowd will love, have a fitness routine outfit made specific to your theme and have your music professionally edited. Depending on your background, a choreographer may be a good idea as well.
