Competing is A LOT of fun but it’s also unsustainable that’s why I’m taking you through a balanced day with me. (Note: I don’t eat ice cream everyday and I don’t recommend eating dairy on a daily basis but if you do make sure not to eat a large portion.) It’s possible to enjoy food without going crazy and feeling sick after.
