Changing your body happens over time – there are no short cuts with natural prep at all. It bios down to food plans and training plans that you need to stick to constantly through out the weeks.
Having a goal to work towards such as a show will boost your mindset to sticking to the prep process without faltering at all.
Every lady involved in the prep for the UFE followed my food and training plans – some ladies had emotional situations and life circumstances to deal with simultaneously. Yes, life is not always plain sailing.
But what you can learn is consistency in food planning. You also discover the affects of clean wholesome foods and how they can shape you with the right training over time.
We supported each other through the journey 100% and true friendships were made.
As a coach I constantly support and help everyone each and every day – some clients need me more than others which is understandable as we are all different!
