I’m going to give you my weekly update on how I lost 3.5lbs in one week. How many average calories I ate to lose weight, how I track my progress, what I ate for my cheat meal, and a deep dive into macronutrients (macros).

Protein – how much I eat and what kinds of protein
Carbs – how many grams I eat and the types of complex carbs I prefer
Fats – what healthy fats I consume to burn fat

I’ll also discuss the concept of intermittent fasting and its benefits. There is no one diet that works for everyone!

I’ll then move into the process of food shopping and preparation while on a strict diet. Eating clean doesn’t need to be all bland food! I’ll give you a peek into my cooking and the spices and sauces I use.

I’m also competing in a 30 day butt challenge to grow our butts using hip thrusts as the main exercise. Watch the contestants, Anthony Ryan, personal trainer at Equinox, and Rose, a Thai boxer and Zumba instructor.
