Cook a week’s worth of healthy food options with me in just under 2 hours! I meal prepped long before I started this competition prep, and I SERIOUSLY cannot recommend it enough. A few hours over the weekend or whenever you have the time can save your freaking life throughout the week. It really pays to have healthy options to reach for in your fridge so that you’re not tempted to just run to Taco Bell for dinner.
