BEGINNER Strength Training Workout | My Gym Newbie Machine Routine #1

Sharing an update and some video of my beginner strength training routine (Option #1 on machines). I am in Week 4 of my Get Rid of Skinnyfat program and things are coming together. I feel strong, am at my lowest weight since high school, and am not even eating super clean. It feels great!

I am currently doing very beginner strength training 3X per week, I do intermittent fasting (IF) most days, eat a healthy mostly plant based diet, and incorporate other wellness habits into my life like massage, good sleep, meditation, good relationships, etc. I’m not perfect at any of it, but feeling really good with this combination.

All of these things are coming together to help me be strong, fit, and healthy at 47.
